Press Release: Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, CG Admiral Artemio M Abu has welcomed the Attaché of the French Embassy in Singapore, Mr. Jean-Michel Dumaz at the National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila yesterday, 15 March 2022.
During the meeting, the officials discussed the PCG’s marine environmental protection programs, newly acquired assets, and cooperative programs and shared priorities of France and the Philippines.
Also present during the discussion were PCG Deputy Commandant for Operations, CG Vice Admiral Eduardo Fabricante; PCG Deputy Commandant for Administration, CG Vice Admiral Oscar Endona Jr; Commander of the PCG’s Marine Environmental Protection Command, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan; and Chief of Coast Guard Staff, CG Commodore Tito Alvin Andal.
