LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Provincial Health Office (PHO) has recorded four more new coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) recoveries as of April 20, bringing total recovered cases to 21 in the province.
The latest recovered cases are a 73-year-old and a 58-year-old, both females and residents here, as well as a 53-year-old female from Urdaneta City and a 71-year-old male from Bayambang town, the PHO through the Provincial Information Office (PIO) said.
The two females from Lingayen town were admitted on April 4 at the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH), while the female from Urdaneta City was admitted on April 2 also to PPH, the PIO posted on Facebook Monday.
It added the male from Bayambang town has been home quarantined since March 16.
As of 9 a.m. on April 21, Pangasinan has a total of 36 confirmed Covid-19 cases, 21 have recovered, six are still admitted to hospitals, while nine have died.
There are a total of 209 suspect cases, 126 of them recovered, 45 are still confined, while 38 have died.
The extreme enhanced community quarantine in the province was set to end at midnight on April 30 based on the latest Executive Order of Governor Amado Espino III. (PNA)
