SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 780 km North Northeast of Catarman, Northern Samar or 635 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.9°N, 127.6°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.

Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms
Caused By: Southwest Monsoon
Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains


Area: Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Northern Samar, Samar, and Eastern Samar
