USAID Philippines' Sustainable Interventions for Biodiversity, Oceans, and Landscapes (SIBOL) project trained 27 representatives from Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Central Office to better deal with environmental crimes and protect the Philippines' rich marine resources.
