Due to heavy rains that pounded the metropolis at dawn Tuesday, classes have been suspended in several areas in the National Capital Region.

There are no classes from pre-school to high school in Malabon due to high tide, and Pasay City.

In Marikina City, only morning classes are suspended.

Meanwhile, the University of Santo Tomas has also suspended classes since areas in Sampaloc district are already submerged in floodwater.

The state weather bureau said the low pressure area at the West Philippine Sea has intensified into a tropical storm. Once it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the tropical storm will be known as "Marce".

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
