MANILA, Philippines --- The City of Manila is now capable of conducting localized mass targeted testing for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), at. rate of more than 1,000 swab tests per week.

"The Manila city government is now capable of conducting more than a thousand COVID-19 swab tests a week as it begins its localized targeted mass testing operations in the nation's capital," the local government unit announced on its twitter account.
