Health awareness dissemination is not only prioritized by the government but also by a group of private school health officers who have lined up health-related activities next month.
The Private School Health Officers’ Association (PSHOA), Inc. will hold its 33rd Anniversary, 32nd Annual Convention and Fellowship on April 4 to 5 at the New Bayanihan Center, United Laboratories, Inc. in Mandaluyong City.
With the theme, "PSHOA: Committed Towards an Active, Responsive and Efficient School Health" (PSHOA C.A.R.E.S.), the Convention and Fellowship will provide the participants with relevant updates and information in the field of medicine, dentistry, nursing and allied health.
All these updates and info in various fields of health are beneficial in promoting efficient school health services. It will also enable participants to gain comprehensive knowledge on their challenging role in prompt and effective response to disasters.
The twin undertakings will also provide participants a venue for further scientific enrichment geared towards a more responsive school health delivery system.
Also, the proposed amendments to by-laws of the organization will be reviewed and ratified during the convention and fellowship.
Likewise, the annual convention and fellowship will furthermore strengthen unity among members and other participants by fostering the spirit of camaraderie.
