Duty Free Shop in Davao City Airport Catches Fire

Fire broke out at the Duty Free shop in Davao City International Airport complex on Wednesday evening.

Witnesses said they noticed smoke billowing out of the shop, located in the annex building at the airport compound, around 11:30 p.m.

Firemen said electrical short circuit apparently caused the fire.

However, there was no immediate estimate of damages.  - PNA
