Samtang pag-abot sa alas 5 sa buntag susamang adlaw nasikop usab ang suspek nga si Mansueto Descarial Jr., 63 anyos, residente sa Purok Nangka, Barangay Conel syudad sa gensan human gisilbihan ug search warrant no.2020-07 sa kalapasan sa RA 10591 nga gi-isyu usab ni Judge Joseph Palmes sa RTc Branch 60, 11th Judicial Region niadtong Agoto 28,2020.
