Dear President Arroyo,

I believe that the proposed Panglao Airport would bring more harm than good to the tourism industry in Bohol.

Nonetheless, the airport would bring more fortune to the rich land owners of Panglao soil, but not to the general populace.

I just wonder how our government was able to dare plan a Panglao Airport, of international status, when the people of Panglao have for years been clamoring for decent drinking water to flow into their homes but their voices have been muffled and had fallen onto deaf ears.
