A still undetermined number of RP-US troops participating in this year’s Amphibious Landing Exercise of the Philippine Bilateral Exercises 13 will be in four barangays in this city to jointly train on Disaster Relief Response (DRR).

Lieutenant Colonel Neil Anthony Estrella, spokesperson of the Western Command, confirmed to the PNA that Filipino and American troops are set to arrive in Puerto Princesa on October 8 for the joint interdisciplinary field training on tactical and calculated organization responses from hazard risks that can initiate events, such as disasters and calamities to guarantee resiliency.

The DRR will be held in four barangays, namely Macarascas, Tagburos, Mangingisda, and Sta. Lourdes. He was unable to assure how many will participate in Puerto Princesa.

In Phiblex 13, RP-US will center their drills on stepping up interoperability proficiencies in humanitarian assistance and disaster response undertakings, said Estrella. After joint trainings in Zambales, the rest of the activities will be done in Palawan.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
