A 20-year-old woman filed a complaint against a Spanish national whom she accused of
raping her inside his condominium in Barangay Kamputhaw Sunday afternoon.

The woman (name withheld), a resident of barangay Guadalupe, said she had to undergo
five to six stitches on her genitals at the hospital after the 32-year-old Lucio Castro raped her twice that day.

The victim said the suspect invited her to his condominium. When she reached the place,
the suspect reportedly opened the door and suddenly dragged her inside.

The suspect then threw her to the bed and started touching her private parts.

She said it was her fourth time to visit to the suspect’s house.
The victim went home and told her sister about the incident. Her sister then reported the incident to the police.

The police, who arrested the suspect inside his condo, filed rape charges against him last Monday. — (FREEMAN)

sometimes, opportunity makes crime possible.  while in whatever circumstance she was raped the act remains a crime and the perpetrator remains answerable, it looks like she provided the opportunity.  maayo sang duklon ning bayhana.
