At least two of 17 witnesses tagged Alpha Phi Omega fraternity member Anthony Leal Nepomuceno as the culprit in last month's Bar examination blast in Manila, the National Bureau of Investigation said Thursday.

NBI spokesman Cecilio Zamora said the positive identification, plus statements from other witnesses, will form a "strong" case against Nepomuceno.

"Mga 17 witness ang nakuhanan ng statement, pero ang positive na nag-identify sa kanya, dalawa, tinukoy po. Eyewitness account ang hawak natin (We got statements from at least 17 witnesses. Of these, two positively identified him. So we will base our charges on eyewitness accounts)," Zamora said in an interview on dzBB radio. - GMA 7 News
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
