Message of Lt Gen Felimon T. Santos Jr. on the 122nd Army Anniversary

Eastern Mindanao Command congratulates the men and women of the Philippine Army, especially to those who are deployed here in Eastern Mindanao, as they celebrate the 122nd Founding Anniversary.

In the standard of our discipline and dedication to duty we have shown in our effort to bring peace in the communities hand in hand with the different stakeholders, we have greatly contributed to the modernization of our Army into becoming a world class with world class standard of discipline and dedication to duty.

 As we continue treading the path of building safe and conflict-free communities in eastern Mindanao, we will continue to rely on your effort in carrying out the Eastern Mindanao Command’s mission and vision. We are confident that your versatility as a security force,  peacebuilders, and community organizers will continue to sustain our work to prevent the resurgence of conflict in the different communities and will be our primary tool in the implementation of Executive Order 70 to end the conflict once and for all.
