Many professionals in the human service industry say their job is more of a calling than a choice, and that helping people is one of the most rewarding parts. Today, women constitute 81.6% of social workers, 69.9% of counselors, and 82.4% of social and human service assistants. Moreover, men account for less than 10% of social workers under the age of 34, suggesting that their numbers will dwindle even more in the next couple of decades. This campaign highlights the growing opportunity for men in the many fields of human services, showcase reputable colleges and universities who are offering programs and certificates, as well as demonstrate the increasing contributions being made by men within human services professions.

Baltimore, Houston, Chicago markets, with a circulation of approximately 250,000 copies and an estimated readership of 750,000.
