Bezos seems to adore Indian Creek Island and spending time with America's elite. In 2023, Bezos intends to demolish the other two properties he bought on the island and move into the recently acquired house. He spent $68 million for a three-bedroom, 9,300-square-foot house in June 2023. Bezos paid $79 million in November 2023 for the purchase of a second mansion, a 23,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom home on 80,000 square feet of land. With this most recent acquisition, Bezos has come to possess three of the roughly forty residences on the prestigious 300-acre Indian Creek Island, sometimes referred to as "Billionaire Bunker". The entire cost of his properties on the island amounts to $237 million.
