HGS expands Avaya partnership
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has expanded its partnership with Avaya to enhance its contact center platform for international customers. HGS has been using Avaya technology since 1999 and the enhancement of its partnership is expected to bring further cost savings and service improvement for 10,000 voice based contact center seats. The contact center at HGS deploys the full suite of Avaya’s services including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya Aura® Conferencing, Avaya Aura Messaging, and Avaya Scopia Video Conferencing Infrastructure. HGS is now exploring how to bring further innovation into the contact center.
