The First Consolidated Bank will open its Tagbilaran City Square Branch on Monday, April 27, with a simple blessing and inauguration ceremony.
FCB Vice President Joseph Lacea said the opening of this new branch will help bring the financial services of the bank to the convenience of its depositors.
The FCB Tagbilaran City Square Branch is located next to the entrance of the Tagbilaran City Square along H. Grupo St.
It is equipped with automated teller machine (ATM).
Vice President Lacea said the branch offers all types of deposit products as well as related financial services.
FCB Tagbilaran City Square Branch is the first of four branches that the bank will open this year. The other new branches are FCB Roxas branch in Roxas, Palawan, FCB Bataraza Branch in Bataraza, Palawan; and FCB Lazi in Lazi, Siquijor.
FCB Roxas Branch and FCB Bataraza Branch will serve the northeastern and southeastern parts of Palawan, respectively, while FCB Lazi Branch will serve the next biggest town of Siquijor after the towns of Siquijor and Larena.
These new branches are full service branches, that can provide a variety of services such as demand, premium, and time deposits; foreign and domestic remittances; SSS collection; commercial, industrial, and agricultural loans; motor vehicle loan; salary loans for public school teachers; and loans for SSS pensioners.
FCB has now three branches serving Tagbilaran City, 48 branches and nine marketing and promotional centers nationwide, making the bank one of the biggest private development banks in the country.
