bohol will never become a good market value if the it will still be continued to be monopolized by alturas and BQ.

That's true, Bohol should open an SM store as well.

Ubay, imho, would be a great place to start building a 2nd city..

Absolutely Manay.

I was in Alona beach, alona tropical and the many beach resorts in bohol. Its quite saddening to see that these booming and lucrative tourism spots are owned, and managed by foreigners and the workers are bolanons.

It would be nice to see bolanons owning and running resorts like these.

most of the foreigner owners are married to filipinos or boholanas. the workers? mostly relatives of the wife.
