“I think one of the main challenges is that there is a flight to quality and a lot of MNCs are looking for more green buildings, but it's not something that’s easily financeable at the moment. The majority of the older buildings are currently struggling in terms of vacancy rates, and I think one of the main solutions is really by upgrading and refurbishing towards a more sustainable route.”
