Aup Aup is a great place, I went there with my uncle during a break from this year's Maribojoc Cock Derby (our attendance required our 12 hour commitment). However, during the evening, we drove past the plaza central of Maribojoc and into their pantalan where we had dinner at Aup Aup. A very nice local restaurant. Good fish tinola, sinugba, luto, and cold san miguel.
