thats the easiest way kiams. Naa koy kaila na girl kiams na permi na cya naka experience ug heartbreaks then there was a time na niabot na unta ang right guy para niya then she learned to love that guy na unta pud pero nagkatrauma naman gud siya. feeling niya tanang guys parehas nalang ug binuhatan. maglisud na cya pag trust. unsay angay buhaton para makatabang ta aning bayhana kiams? angayan na ba siya dalhon sa psycohologist? or psychiatrist ba noon? hehehehe

Basically, once a relationship has ended you are confronted with two choices. You can either make yourself miserable by dwelling on what could have been or you can face the traumatic event with courage. Part of this might be to stop blaming the other person for the demise of the relationship and taking accountability for your part in it.

Yes, acceptance is one. It is important to acknowledge to yourself that the relationship is finally over. Hala, pag ritual na...get rid of the things that reminds you of the person, and forbid mentioning her name.

ginger...what if you still love that person and that person also feels the same. the only problem is that both of you are traumatized from the previous bad experiences on love.

It may takes a period of days or months to survive the healing period piro dependi sad sa tawo
nga nagdala, as to my experience mas maayo nga we have to put an end in a certain relationship kung wala na sya pag laum, just go with friends ajaw sad pag hinuktok kay mura tag bu****, then kung sa imung paminaw fully recoverred kana that's the time nga pwidi kana sab mo entertain sa bag ong gugma, syempri we need to pray para lamdagan ta.

Listen to smooth jazz and write feelings down in a journal. Or a blog like this one. :)
