Court-martial affirms case vs Army colonel in bungled 2011 Basilan operation

A general court-martial upheld on Tuesday a ruling that denied the former commander of the Army’s Special Forces Regiment his motion to find him not guilty in connection with a bungled military operation in Al Barka, Basilan on Oct. 18, 2011 that left 19 men dead.
