The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) through the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), being at the forefront of reducing the risks of disasters and other hazards is hereby laying the campaign against disinformation and misinformation. OCD will be conducting the webinar for Risk Communication with the main intent of continuously enhancing the capacities of stakeholders and partners, especially those that are involved in public information dissemination.
