Tragedy in San Roque, Northern Samar

The barangay chairman of Bgy. Genagdanan, San Roque Northern Samar died in a drowning incident this afternoon. Daniel Cantong Sallave was walking along the shoreline of Bgy. Bantayan with his fishing net when a big wave hit him. It took rescuers three hours to retrieve his body which was trapped in his net.
