Usahay makahuna-huna ko nga kining kagubot sa Mindanao is a sabotage for personal gain of people who are now in power.
First, among the revisions of Charter Change or Cha-cha is to allow 100% land ownership by Foreigners. My fellow countrymen, we all know that Malaysian nationals are eyeing on Mindanao for the expansion of their Palm Oil Plantation, but these Malaysian companies were turned down by Mindanao Locals. So, if you are a powerful company who is desperate of achieving corporate objective, the best thing to do is look for loop-holes. These loop-holes are people in the government who can be bribed.
Hence, it is my theory that someone powerful & with evil intention have purposely double crossed to jeopardize the peace process in Mindanao.
Their main purpose is to create havoc/chaos so that land owners would sell their lands at a very low cost to accomplice buyers.
Once the Charter Change has been pushed through (God Forbid) and enough lands are being bought, these people will start selling the acquired lands to Malaysian Corporations, a Multi-Billion business. Someone would be featured in Forbes Who's Who in just an overnight deal.
The real danger is yet to be realized. Once the land rates are sky rocketing, we Filipinos will wake up one day as squatters/landless in our own country as our next generation (children) could not afford anymore to buy their piece of Philippine soil.
How many of you folks are thinking what I was thinking?
Even I found skeptical issues raised by Malacañang Palace to divert the topic to weather or not "the president is extending her term".
But this is not the real issue of the Cha-cha folks.
The real issue is where the big money is and that is the 100% land ownership of foreign nationals. That's why they need to sabotage the Peace Process in Mindanao.
I have a long-time dream that when I retire from my foreign job, I would invite my employer to do business in the Philippines with me as the sponsor and enjoy the 60/40 company ownership (60% filipino & 40% foreign ownership). However, this dream will not be realized with Cha-cha, because my employer would simply buy a land in the Philippines and I would still become his employee in my own country instead of his sponsor.
Please pass this idea to your friends if you love your country; if you still want your children to own a piece of Philippine land.
