PIA Davao City: Undersecretary Renato Solidum of the Phivolcs bared that the movement this afternoon can be attributed to the movement of the Tambolan Fault traversing Sta. Maria to  Hagonoy, Davao del Sur.  He said this fault was projected to generate a magnitude 7.2 earthquake.  Solidum said they are still determining the cause of this fault to move.  He also allayed fears that the tremor would cause tsunami since the epicenter was found to be inland.
