JUST IN: Official Statement of Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista on Second Covid-19 case (PH 3989) in Kidapawan City:
The patient is a 48 year old male with history of travel from Matina Gallera Davao City.
The patient is currently in stable condition and is already asymptomatic.
Currently confined in Kidapawan City Community Quarantine Center since the facility opened and is very cooperative. Family is also being monitored for home quarantine. Contact tracing has already been done. All persons contacted are under strict home quarantine.
The public is urged to remain calm because we have been monitoring the patient since he arrived back from Davao City.
Kidapawan City will be placed back on Enhanced Community Quarantine EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
Ang quarantine pass pwede lang gamiton sa usa ka miyembro sa pamilya.
All business establishments ordered closed by virtue of EO 30 because of Enhanced Community Quarantine must close effective immediately.
