City Mayor Joseph Evangelista personally conducted a seminar on premium coffee production for the officers of the Kidapawan City Coffee Growers Association on October 9, 2020.Himself a certified coffee producer and connoisseur, Mayor Evangelista taught the participants of the basic sorting, roasting and beverage preparation of arabica coffee beans.The seminar aims to provide information to Kidapawan coffee growers on planting, maintaining, harvesting, drying, sorting,and marketing of their products.The Mayor wants the local coffee growers to take advantage of the city's potential for growing premium quality coffee that will sell very well in the market.
