OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF SUPPORT 

WE, concerned heritage preservation advocates in the Philippines and making it known to all and for the record, are one with and in full understanding and total support for the citizens of Baguio City and the Cordillera in struggling against any and all plans, acts and drive to mar, destroy and demean the historic Burnham Park and any of its parts whether lawful or justified except by the omniscient wisdom and hands of the Almighty. 

IT should not be beyond any right thinking individual or leaders who are collectively respectful of our history, protective of our heritage and a true Filipino patriot to deny all acts which will imperil, cause to lose and deny our generations to come of the great and lasting moments we enjoyed and made sacred in our time. 

ISANG pagtalikod sa sinumpaang katungkulan o mismong kataksilan ang magiging dulot ng anumang gayak o pagkilos laban sa ikatatanghal pa, ikauunlad pa ng ating makaysasayang mga palatandaan ng lahing Pilipino at maging pagkilala at tunay na pagpaparangal pa mga kabataan sa ating mga pamanlahi (heritage, legacy ). 

HINDI lamang ang Burnham Park at mga kanugnog na bahagi nito ang maaaring masira, malapastangan o tuluyan ng mabura sa kolektibong alaala kundi marami pang aaring isunod na parang mga bula na mawawala dahilan lamang sa kawalan ng paggalang, makitid na kaisipan at diwa o kaya’y sinadyang kamalian para sa ikayayaman kaya ng ilang mga lider na naturingang mga makabayan o maka-Pilipino.

WE join all organizations, movements and citizens in their individual and collective capacities to SAVE BURNHAM PARK…..at all cost….at all times.
