The Quezon provincial police office on Wednesday said the driver of the Eagle Star passenger bus that figured in an accident last Monday along the national highway in Pagbilao town has surrendered to police authorities.
Senior Supt. Erickson Velasquez, Quezon police director, said Pepito Santuele, driver of the passenger bus, surrendered Tuesday and told the police he did not escape as reported.
