Port of Matnog Closed Due to Storm Bising

The Land Transportation Office Region 5 has suspended the entry of trucks, buses, and private vehicles going to the Port of Matnog, crossing to Allen Port in Northern Samar from April 16 until April 20 as Bicol is expected to be hit by Typhoon “Bising.”
