A man from Morong, Bataan committed suicide by hanging himself on Black Saturday
in Lingayen.
The victim was identified as Arnel Mamaril, 29, of Morong Ibabaw in Bataan who hanged himself in a mango tree in their
backyard on Alvear Street, Lingayen.
The lifeless body of Mamaril was found by his father-in-law, Danon Bautista, at 6:30 a.m. with noose of rope, around his neck attached to a mango tree.
Elements of the Lingayen police led by PO3 Anthony Columbino responded at around 7:40 a.m. and found the dead body of Mamaril.
Family problem was tagged as the possible motive that drove Mamaril to hang himself.
Elements of the Scene of the Crime Investigation Office (SOCO) led by Senior Inspector Eric Galsim Magtaan were summoned to conduct investigation at the
scene.
