In compliance with Section 1 of Executive Order No. 15, Series of 2021 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, the requirement are as follows:
𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗥𝗥𝘀) 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗖𝗥 (𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹

present a negative RT-PCR (saliva or swab specimen) within three (3) days validity prior to arrival in the province of Southern Leyte

on account of its high-risk areas status and the insurgence of the deadlier variant of COVID-19, even if it yields a negative result, a home quarantine of 14 days starting from the day of swabbing is still implemented as proactive measures thereto

In case of non-presentation of RT-PCR negative result, they shall be extracted and be placed in the facility-based quarantine areas of the LGU of destination to undergo the corresponding mandatory quarantine of 14 days for safety and protection of all concerned.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗥𝗥𝘀) 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀

not be required to be tested prior to travel and correspondingly not required to present a negative RT-PCR test result upon entry into the province

a mandatory home quarantine for seven (7) days is required upon their arrival in the LGU of destination for symptoms monitoring thru their respective BHERTS
If they develop symptoms, they shall report and coordinate to CHO or RHU concerned for swabbing.
