The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), popularly known as Pag-ibig Fund has already branched out in Tagum City, Davao del Norte to cater and serve the members in the region.
The Tagum City office will processes the applications of Pag-ibig Fund members in Davao Oriental, Compostela Valley and other areas in the northern part of the region.
Housing developer Lemeul Podador of RJP Village in Tagum City said with Pag-ibig office in the area, the members' applications can be processed faster and conveniently.
Meanwhile, Ramon Ortiz, vice chairman of the Organization of Shelter and Housing Developers (OSHD) of Davao announced that Manila-based real property builders are expected to open new projects in Davao City this year.
Ortiz said during the Davao Business Forum that Globe Asiatic is among the property developers in Manila that will open a project in and outside this city.
He said they are optimistic about the real property business in Davao City considering that many those who want to buy houses like to relocate here. - PNA
