News Release: Ormoc City Mayor Richard I. Gomez had a brief meeting with Joel Mendoza of Business, Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), and PCOL Ramil Ramirez of the Ormoc City Police Office, at the City Mayor's Office (CMO), today, March 23.
The trio discussed the “booming” and now tourist-attractive diversion road. They agreed that vendors on the diversion road should be spaced 10 meters apart to keep things organized and to avoid crowding. Space allocation, too” shall be on a “first come, first served” basis.
Furthermore, the city government is encouraging the existing vendors in diversion road to follow the markers that have been placed on site.
CMO Executive Assistant, Albert Patrick B. Deen and Executive Secretary, Ma. Victoria Lyra P. Dela Cerna, DPA were also present during the discussion.
