1. 𝐈𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐀 𝟏𝟏𝟎𝟓𝟖 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐬, 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Dole mandates that safety officers employed in the general industry and construction industry complete a 40-hour course by D.O. No. 198: Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11058, A.A. "Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)" / DOLE Department Order No. 13, s. 1998: Guidelines Governing Safety and Health in the General/Construction Industry.
2. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐲- While people in the workplace face various safety issues daily.
