NAMATAY ang usa ka tawo human maligsi sa jeep de pasaheroan pasado alas 9 sa miaging gabii sa dalan C. Padilla, dakbayan sa Sugbo.

Gikataho nga human malatayi sa PUJ ang biktima, gitiwasan pa kini sa drayber nga naila lang sa angga nga Zandro, kinsa nisibat human sa hitabo..

Ang biktima giila nga mao si Roberto Malazarte, 40, taga sityo Galili, Barangay Duljo Fatima, dakbayan sa Sugbo.

Ang nakaigo sa biktima mao ang PUJ nga biyahe og Inayawan nga may plate number GXG-990.

Apan ang maong sak­yanan giprenda ngadto sa usa ka Jun-Jun Quijano.

Matod ni SPO1 Anthony Delijero sa Traffic Division nga milabang sa dalan ang biktima ug nadasmagan ug naligsan sa PUJ nga nagdagan paingon sa downtown area.

Sigun sa nahipos sa Sun.Star Superbalita nga human maigo ang biktima, giatrasan pa kini sa driver una pa nisibat balik sa southern area sa dakbayan sa Sugbo.

Ang biktima daling gidala sa Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) ug gideklarar nga dead on arrival.

Sa gihimong follow-up sa buhatan sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) nasuta nga ang PUJ nakarehistro sa ngalan nga Marites Parker isip operator.

daghang mga driver nga nagtuo nga maayo pay tiwasan nalang. wa gyud sila maghuna-huna nga kung silay mabanggaan ug tiwasan, unsa kahay ilang bation. wala pud sila maghuna-huna nga once tiwasan ang victim, two crimes na ang nabuhat: 1)reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and 2) murder.

hinaot nga masakpan ra gyod and kriminal nga way konsinsya.  dugay ra kong nakadungog nga mao kuno niy kalaki ug mga bus lines.  instruction kuno nga kun makaangol, atrasan ug tiwasan kay mas barato pa kay sa madugay sa hospital.  nanundog tingali ang ubang drivers aning modus operandi.  purya intawon.
