Press Release: Coast Guard Station Northern Samar (CGS NORSAM), Coast Guard Sub -Station (CGSS) Allen and Field Operation Unit -Eeatern Visayas (FOU-EV) CGK9 , CGK9 Team Allen together with Land Transportion Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) R-8 and Philippine National Police (PNP) - High Patrol Group (HPG) Norsam conducted joint operation for implemented the intensifies anti-colorum operations of all incoming public utility vehicles (PUVs) coming from Luzon bound to Visayas and Mindanao in the port of Balwhartico port, Santa Clara port and Dapdap port , Allen Northern Samar this day, 23 April 2021.
Said joint operation were conducted against unregistered or "colorum public utility vehicles (PUVs) which has no jurisdiction over the franchises of PUVs from the LTFRB in compliance with the directive of President Rodrigo R. Duterte to crackdown on colorum PUVs nationwide.
