As part of the campaign of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO), led by Secretary Jaime J. Bautista of the DOTr and Chairman of the Special Action & Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT), Vice Chairman Assistant Secretary Jose "Tracker" Lim IV, Ussec. Jesus Ferdinand "Andy" Ortega of Road Transport Infrastructure, and Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II of the LTO, the LTO MIMAROPA is intensifying its efforts to uphold road safety. This includes the strict implementation of the "No Registration, No Travel" policy and Anti-Colorum Operations.

- Render free mineral water to motorist and for those who want.
- Give rice forage (arroz caldo) to other volunteers and motorist (tricycle drivers)
- Disseminating information and educational campaign (IEC) materials on special transportation laws to vehicle drivers, passengers, and other motorists for added safety and awareness
