CIDG RFU8 Arrested Top 4 Most Wanted Person in Northern Leyte

EASTERN SAMAR- On November 25, 2022 (Friday) at about 10:15 PM, CIDG Northern Leyte  PFU led by PLTCOL NORMAN M PATNAAN, Provincial Chief under the supervision of PLTCOL ARIEL T HUESCA, OIC, CIDG RFU8 together with  RIU8, IG; Guiuan MPS, Eastern Samar PPO; and Matag-ob MPS, Northern Leyte PPO conducted police operation resulted to arrest one (1) male person  by virtue virtue of the following warrants of arrest; to wit:

1. ESTAFA docketed under criminal case no. 19-32185 issued by Presiding Judge Oscar P Noel of the General Santos City, South Cotabato RTC Branch 35 dated July 21, 2021 with NO bail recommended;

2. ESTAFA docketed criminal case no. 02408-21 issued by Presiding Judge Rebecca G. Dardo-Seredrica of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 46 dated July 2, 2021 with NO bail recommended;

3. SWINDLING ESTAFA as amended by PD 1689 docketed under criminal case no. 02149-21 issued by Presiding Judge Rebecca G. Dardo-Seredria of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 46 dated January 26, 2021 with NO bail recommended;

4. ESTAFA (SYNDICATED) Art. 315 Par. 2(a) of the RPC in relation to PD 1689 docketed under criminal case no. 02615-21 issued by Presiding Judge Rebecca G. Dardo-Seredria of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 46 dated December 14, 2021 with NO bail recommended;
 5. Twenty one (21) counts of SWINDLING (ESTAFA) RPC Art. 315 as amended by PD 1689 docketed under criminal case numbers: 01846-20; 01847-20; 01880-20; 01851-20; 01596-20; 01601-20; 01602-20; 01604-20; 01607-20; 01608-20; 01637-20; 01636-20; 01639-20; 01623-20; 01632-20; 01663-20; 02143-21, 021447-21; 01573-20; 01567-20 and 02406-21 all issued by Prediding Judge Jose Jerry Langrio Fulgar of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch  47 with NO bail recommended each case;

6. Two (2) counts of SYNDICATED ESTAFA under Art. 315, (2)(a) of RPC in relation to PD 1689 docketed under criminal case numbers: 03021-22 and 03022-22 all issued by Presiding Judge Bill Lugo Ybarley of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 48 dated September 14, 2022 with NO bail recommended each case;
7. Fourteen (14) counts of SYNDICATED ESTAFA under Art. 315, Para. (a) of the RPC in relation to Section 1 of PD 1689 doketed under criminal case numbers: 02148-21; 091578-20; 01579-20; 01590-20; 02017-20; 01638-20; 01565-20; 01566-20; 01585-20; 02016-20; 02014-20; 01624-20; 02011-20; and 01849-20 all issued by Presiding Judge Catherine A Velasco-Supeda of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 50 dated April 21, 2022 with NO bail recommended each case;

8. ESTAFA under Para. 2(a), Art. 315 of RPC as amended by RA 10951 in relation to para. 2, Sec. 1 of PD 1689 docked under criminal case no. 02000-20 issued by Presiding Judge Catherine A. Velasco-Supeda of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 50 dated April 21, 2022 with NO bail recommended;

9. Two (2) counts of SWINDLING ESTAFA as amended by PD 1689 docked under criminal case numbers: 02150-21 and 02148-21 all issued by Presiding Judge Catherine A. Velasco-Supeda of the Alabel, Sarangani RTC Branch 50 dated January 26, 2022 with NO bail recommended each case; and

10. SWINDLING ESTAFA RPC Art. 315 as amended by PD 1689 docked under criminal case numbers 02150-21 and 20-32989 all issued by Presiding Judge Dinah Jean San Antonio Cornejo of the General Santos City, South Cotabato RTC Branch 55 dated July 13, 2021 with NO bail recommended.
