GIPATAMBALAN sa Caraga Regional Training Hospital ang usa ka priso sa Surigao District Jail human makit-ang nanggahi na ang lawas ug nagpangurog.
Gikonpirmar ni Jail Warden Senior Inspector Pio Rosero ang insidente kung asa ila matod pang gidali sa ospital ang usa ka priso nga giilang si Salvador Jimenez.
Matod niya, si Jimenez, adunay kasong murder ug taud-taud na usab nabilanggo.

Pagkahuman madapatan og tambal sa doktor, gilayong gipapauli si Jimenez ug gibalhog na usab sa bilanggoan.
Kahibaloan nahitabo ang insidente human duha ka priso ang natipi bag-uhay lamang.

Dugtong niini miapela ang uban pang mga priso ngadto sa mga opisyales sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) nga hatagan og pagtagad ang problemang medikal sulod sa bilanggoan. FBD
