Through Executive Order 17, series of 2021, the entire province is placed under the quarantine classification General Community Quarantine starting today, July 16, 2021.

Here’s the salient features.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:

• Persons aged below 5 years old and above 65 years old, pregnant women, those with comorbidities are not allowed to go out their homes except for food, medicines, and essential supplies
• CURFEW is from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m
• All events/gatherings should seek permission from their respective local IMTs or the Provincial Task Force on COVID –19
• All religious gatherings are limited to at least 30% carrying capacity of their religious venues.
• 30% of the venue capacity for wakes and necrological services
• Cockfighting and other forms of gambling is strictly prohibited

WORK ARRANGEMENT
• All events/gatherings should seek permission from their respective local IMTs or the Provincial Task Force on COVID –19
•Government offices may adopt and implement an alternative work arrangement
•Private offices should adopt reduced working capacity

FOR ESTABLISHMENTS:
•Food preparation establishments: Take-out and delivery: 100%; Outdoor dine-in (al fresco): 75% Indoor dine-in: 30% - 50% Onsite capacity;

•Only Hotels and other accommodation establishments with valid DOT accreditation shall be allowed to operate

•Indoor non-contact sports venue, court or activity Indoor contact sports, scrimmages, games, or activities – 50% capacity.

•Category III establishments are those establishments allowed to operate at 50% capacity such as tourist attractions. salons, barbershop, etc.

•Category IV establishments are those establishments not allowed to operate such as cinemas, theme parks, karaoke bars, etc.

Dili tugtan mag abri ang anaa sa Category IV establishments sama sa sinehan, amusement parks, casino, ug uban pa.
