DILG IV-A successfully conducted an Orientation Activity on the Enhanced Climate Change Adaptation Plan (ELCCAP) on October 17-18, 2024 at Chateau Bleu Resort, Calamba, Laguna. This initiative is crucial as it equips our community with the tools and knowledge needed to adapt to the impacts of climate change, ensuring a sustainable future for all.


We extend our gratitude to Sir Erwin Napiza from Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) and Sir Zaldy Ybardolaza II from the Laguna Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Office (LCCAMO) for sharing their invaluable expertise. Their contributions enriched the participants' understanding, equipping them to engage meaningfully in climate action.
