The list of conditions/requirements for the transfer of title of government resettlements was the subject of discussion.
Our City Mayor Richard l. Gomez, as chief executive, approved the subdivision plans of DSWD Core Shelter in Brgy. Tambulilid and World Vision in Brgy. Ipil.
But the subdivision plan still needs to be submitted to the Bureau of Land Management.
Furthermore, other government relocation sites, such as Holywings Tambulilid, have already submitted their subdivision proposals, which have been reviewed by the General Services Department (GSD), and are now pending corrections before being submitted to the CMO for the mayor's approval.
In addition, the subdivision plans for RAFI Tambulilid, Danhug Core Shelter, NHA Margen and Gaas, Soong Curva Resettlement, and JICA Lao have yet to be submitted.
The location of a new NHA housing was also discussed.
SP Member Atty. Bennet Pongos, chairman of the Housing, Zoning, and Land Use Committee, presided over the meeting.
