Congratulations to DILG Negros Oriental Provincial Office for being issued the Safety Seal Certification by the Dumaguete City DILG Inspection and Certification Team!
The Safety Seal Certification affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government and uses or integrates its contact tracing with StaySafe.ph.
According to DOLE-DOH-DILG-DOT-DTI Joint Memorandum Circular 2021-01 containing the implementing guidelines of the Safety Seal program, establishments shall require health declaration and/or symptoms assessment; non-contact temperature check is performed and registration to StaySafe.ph is required for all employees and any individual who enters the premises; and, as applicable, an isolation area for symptomatic employees shall be installed.
OIC-Provincial Director Farah Diba G. Gentuya received the Safety Seal Certification conferred by the Safety Seal Inspection Team composed of Dumaguete CLGOO Christopher Pastor, City Fire Marshall CInsp Heidi Lynn R Virtudes and City Chief of Police Lt. Col. Joeson B. Parallag.
