- Case No. 21
Patient is a 47-year-old Male who is a native of Malita, Davao Occidental but established residence here in Digos after he got married. He is still working in Malita as a driver and was not able to come home to Digos since the declaration of community quarantine in March due to border lockdown prohibitions. His employer decided to conduct routine swabbing among employees due to the possibility of exposure to a confirmed case, and he tested positive within his employment circle.
Patient is currently asymptomatic and admitted at one of the isolation facilities in Davao Occidental. Contact tracing and monitoring are facilitated by the local government of Malita.
- Case No. 22&23
Patients are both frontliners, a 22-year-old female and a 48-year-old male, working in the same department at a hospital here in Digos City.
They are both asymptomatic and admitted at the DSPH COVID isolation unit for further monitoring and evaluation.
All close contacts are being identified and will be scheduled for testing.
