News: Police Lieutenant Louise Miguel Sepina pays a courtesy visit to City Mayor Jose Ivan Dayan Agda, Monday, May 23, at the City Mayor’s Office.
PLT Sepina, a resident of Barangay Alang-Alang, Borongan City, is a member of PNPA ALAB-KALIS and one of the 225 cadets who recently graduated from the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in April 2022.
According to PLT Sepina, after getting his college units in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Samar State University, he wanted nothing else but to enter the PNP Academy.
“As a graduate of the PNPA, I learned that the road less-traveled may be the most difficult journey for each cadet, but it is also life changing moment for individuals who will have the chance to serve God, the people and the country,” said PLT Sepina.
As a new lieutenant who hurdled through hardships in his four-year cadetship training, PLT Sepina will form part of the PNP.
