Camp Carlos Delgado, Catarman, Northern Samar- In these trying times, mental health awareness plays a vital role to help female police officers and non-uniformed personnel cope with stress, fear, trauma, depression and anxiety as the world continues to battle its faceless enemy, the coronavirus disease.

With this, the Northern Samar Police Provincial Office (NSPPO) has partnered with the Northern Samar Provincial Hospital for a Reproductive and Mental Health Awareness Seminar at NSPPO Multi-Purpose Hall on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.

The activity is part of the 2021 National Women's Month Celebration, anchored on the theme: We Make Change Work for Women, JUANA LABAN SA PANDEMYA, KAYA! to help the NSPPO's #WonderJuanas manage mental health issues amid the global health crisis.

Dr. Justiniano Singzon and Ms. Lenneth Lapara tackled reproductive health issues and mental health awareness, respectively.

In her message, Dr. Nimfa C Kam, Provincial Health Officer, lauded and congratulated the lady cops in the province for being deployed on the frontline battling the coronavirus pandemic and remaining strong and resilient despite the present cirumstances.

Meanwhile, PCOL ARNEL J APUD, NSPPO Provincial Director, underscored the role of women in nation-building and the contribution of its female personnel in all its undertakings and their cooperation and support in its administrative and operational accomplishments.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
