WANTED PERSON NABBED BY JOINT OPERATIVES IN NAVAL
Press Release: Biliran Police Provincial Office, Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran: Wanted Person falls into the hands of authority through its relentless efforts to carry its mandated tasks to enforce the law and place lawless elements behind bars.
As a result thereof, joint elements of Naval MPS, Biliran PIU and CIDG PFU Biliran personnel conducted a manhunt operation at Brgy. Patag, Culaba, Biliran at around 2:00 PM of March 29, 2021 which resulted to the arrest of the said wanted person.
Said wanted person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Presidential Decree 449 dated March 11, 2021 docketed under Criminal Case No. 4232 issued by Hon. Phenalyn Brazil-Abellar, Presiding Judge, MCTC, Naval, Biliran with recommended bail bond of Php 30,000.00 for his temporary release.
Subsequently, arrested person was brought to Naval Police Station for documentation.
PCOL JOEL T SERRANO, Acting Provincial Director, BPPO commends the operating troops for the success of the operation and further stated that the arrest of the suspect will serve as a warning to all.
